  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 500g Lean Pork

  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • Appropriate amount of Chicken Juice
  • Appropriate amount of Peanut Oil
Instructions:
  1. Mix pork with 3 tablespoons of cornstarch until sticky.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
  3. Mix well until evenly coated.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of peanut oil and mix again.
  5. Prepare and chop 2 garlic cloves.
  6. Cut green peppers into pieces.
  7. Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan over high heat.
  8. Stir-fry the pork for 1 minute and then set aside.
  9. In the same pan, add more cooking oil and fry garlic and fermented black beans until fragrant.
