Scallion Braised Tofu

Ingredients:
  • 1 block of tofu
  • 1 green onion (scallion)
  • 15g light soy sauce
  • 5g dark soy sauce
  • 5g oyster sauce
  • 3g fresh chicken juice
  • 3g salt
  • 5g sugar
  • 5g cornstarch
  • 100g water
Instructions:
  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.
  2. Wash and chop the green onion into small segments, then set aside in a bowl.
  3. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, fresh chicken juice, salt, sugar, cornstarch, and water to the bowl. Stir well and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until both sides are golden brown.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the fried tofu.
  6. Simmer on low heat for 3 minutes, then increase to high heat for 2 minutes.
