Stir-Fried Sausage and Shredded Potatoes


  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 Chinese sausage (Lap Cheong)
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 4 Cloves of garlic
  • 2 Sprigs of cilantro (coriander)

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chicken bouillon powder
