  • 1 broccoli head
  • 1 mushroom
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 1 handful of shredded ginger
  • 2 spoons of salt
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Corn oil, as needed
  • 1 spoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 spoon of light soy sauce
  • 1 spoon of cooking wine
Instructions:
  1. Break the broccoli into pieces and slice the mushroom. Wash them thoroughly.
  2. Marinate the shrimp with 1 spoon of salt, black pepper, 1 spoon of cooking wine, and a handful of shredded ginger.
  3. Add 1 spoon of premium soy sauce without additives.
  4. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
  5. Boil water in a pot, add a little corn oil and salt. Blanch the broccoli for 1 minute, then set aside.
  6. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over high heat and stir-fry the marinated shrimp until they change color. Remove and set aside.
