Stir-Fried Beef Cubes with Broccoli


  • Beef brisket (quantity as needed)
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 potato
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 1/2 small white radish
  • Dark soy sauce (as needed)
  • Oyster sauce (as needed)
  • Black pepper powder (as needed)
  • Rock sugar (as needed)
  • 2 star anise
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Cooking oil (as needed)

  1. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 3 minutes, then remove.
