Spicy Stir-Fried Flower Crabs


  • 7 Flower Crabs
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 Garlic Bulb
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 1 Green Chili Pepper
  • 15 ml Taotao Le Cooking Wine
  • 45 ml Taotao Le Original Soy Sauce
  • 15 g Taotao Le Oyster Sauce
  • 3 g White Sugar
  • 2 g Salt
  • 15 ml Taotao Le Fresh Chicken Juice
  • 45 g Vegetable Oil
  • ½ cup Boiling Water
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, then sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add green onion and continue to sauté.
  4. Add the cleaned crabs and stir-fry over high heat.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of Taotao Le cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of Taotao Le original soy sauce and stir well.
  7. Add 15 g of Taotao Le oyster sauce and mix well.
