  • Oyster sauce, 1 small spoon
  • Light soy sauce, 1 spoon
  • Salt, a pinch
  • Ginger, 1 piece
  • Green onions, 2 stalks
  • Garlic, 1 whole bulb
  • Chopped chili (剁椒), 1 spoon
  • Oil, 30 grams
Instructions:
  1. Trim the long whiskers and rostrum of the Luo's shrimp, slit the back for deveining. The shrimp vein is generally clean, but you can choose to remove it. Clean the legs with a toothbrush.
  2. Prepare all the shrimp as described.
  3. Finely chop the ginger, green onions, and garlic. The garlic should be minced finely.
  4. Heat a bit more oil than usual in a pan and add the shrimp.
