Lemon Milk Flavor Cod Fish Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Cod fish: 1 piece
  • Lemon: 1
  • Black pepper: 1g
  • Sea salt: 2g
  • Butter: 6g
  • Onion: 1/7 of a whole
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Cilantro: 1 root
Instructions:
  1. Thaw the cod and pat dry with kitchen paper. Rub with lemon.
  2. Season with black pepper, a pinch of sea salt, and olive oil. Marinate for a while.
  3. Fry in a non-stick pan until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Wrap in foil and let rest.
  5. In the same pan, add onion, garlic, cilantro, and butter. Cook over low heat until fragrant and milky white.
  6. Turn off the heat and squeeze in half a lemon's juice.
  7. Add sea salt and mix well.
  8. Place the seasoned mixture onto the fish, wrap for a minute, then heat in the pan.
  9. Plate and serve. The tender fish pairs well with the tangy lemon juice and aromatic butter, seasoned with sea salt.
