Crystal Vegetable Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Chives: 250g
  • Red Sweet Potato Starch: 150g
  • Carrot: 1
  • Eggs: 3
  • Salt: 3g
  • Chicken Broth: 6g
Instructions:
  1. Fry the eggs, then turn off the heat. Add chives, carrot, salt, and chicken broth.
  2. Mix red sweet potato starch with boiling water in small, gradual amounts to form a smooth dough.
  3. Fill the dough with the prepared mixture and steam for 10 minutes.
