Bald Butter Crab Recipe

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 segment of green onion (scallion)
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 3 grams of salt
  • Appropriate amount of Huadiao wine
  • Appropriate amount of light soy sauce
  • Appropriate amount of black pepper
  • Crab (quantity as desired)
Instructions:
  1. Boil water and cook the crab for 20 minutes.
  2. Carefully dismantle the crab.
  3. Fry the ginger, green onion, and crab shell in lard until fragrant.
  4. Add Huadiao wine, light soy sauce, black pepper, and salt, and cook until flavors are well blended.
