Almond Salted Butter Roll

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Cake Base: Milk 40g, Salad Oil 40g, Low-Gluten Flour 50g, Eggs 4, Lemon Juice 3g, Granulated Sugar 30g
  • Salted Butter Filling: Butter 50g, Powdered Sugar 20g, Salt 1.5g, Whipping Cream 200g (at room temperature)
  • Decoration: Almond Slices 40g
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the egg yolk mixture.
  2. Beat the egg whites until fluffy.
  3. Mix the egg yolk mixture with the beaten egg whites.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 28x28 cm baking pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Prepare the salted butter cream.
  7. Spread the salted butter cream on the surface of the cake base and roll it up.
  8. Decorate with toasted almond slices.
  9. Cut into pieces and serve without refrigeration.
