Chicken Broth Spinach Tofu Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Tender Tofu: 180g
  • Spinach: 5-6 stalks
  • Duck Egg: 1
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Cut the tofu into small cubes, chop the spinach, and beat the duck egg.
  3. Pour water into a pot and add the Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Sauce. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add tofu and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Gently pour in the beaten egg and cook until it just starts to set.
  7. Add water starch and bring the soup to a boil again, then it's ready to serve.
