Chicken Broth Spinach Tofu Soup
Ingredients:
- Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Tender Tofu: 180g
- Spinach: 5-6 stalks
- Duck Egg: 1
Instructions:
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Cut the tofu into small cubes, chop the spinach, and beat the duck egg.
- Pour water into a pot and add the Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Add tofu and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Gently pour in the beaten egg and cook until it just starts to set.
- Add water starch and bring the soup to a boil again, then it's ready to serve.
