Air Fryer Toasted Mochi Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken eggs
- 35g corn oil
- 200g mochi premix powder
- Approx. 30g milk
- 20g black sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together, starting with the eggs and oil.
- Blend well, adjusting for egg size.
- Gradually add milk in small amounts.
- Divide the mixture into portions of about 22g each.
- Preheat the air fryer to 170°C.
- Cook the mochi for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
