Air Fryer Toasted Mochi Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 35g corn oil
  • 200g mochi premix powder
  • Approx. 30g milk
  • 20g black sesame seeds
Instructions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together, starting with the eggs and oil.
  2. Blend well, adjusting for egg size.
  3. Gradually add milk in small amounts.
  4. Divide the mixture into portions of about 22g each.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 170°C.
  6. Cook the mochi for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
