Drunken Seafood Delight

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Shrimp, 1 pound
  • Abalone, 6 pieces
  • Clams or similar shellfish, 300 grams
  • Drunken marinade sauce, 6 tablespoons
  • Minced ginger, 10 grams
Instructions:
  1. Start with 1 pound of live shrimp. Clean them thoroughly.
  2. Use a toothbrush to clean the surface of the abalones.
  3. Soak clams or other shellfish in saltwater to allow them to expel sand.
  4. Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the seafood in sequence until cooked.
  5. Use a pre-made drunken marinade sauce, which is slightly sweet and aromatic with a hint of alcohol.
  6. After blanching, sprinkle the seafood with minced ginger and pour over the marinade sauce. For an enhanced taste, chill the mixture before serving.
