Norwegian Arctic Cod Pizza
Ingredients:
- Norwegian Arctic Cod: 1 piece
- Pizza Base: 1
- Sea Salt: 2g
- Olive Oil: 8g
- Cherry Tomatoes: 6
- Green Pepper: ½
- Mozzarella Cheese: 100g
Instructions:
- Select a piece of Norwegian deep-sea cod. Its snow-white, firm flesh is delicious even with minimal cooking.
- Cut the cod into small pieces.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and add the cod pieces.
- Brush the pizza base with pizza sauce and add toppings as desired.
- Add the fried cod pieces to the pizza.
- Top the pizza with fried cod, sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella, and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 15 minutes.
