Stir-Fried Abalone with Garlic Shoots

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 8 abalones
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Appropriate amount of green onions
  • Appropriate amount of ginger
  • Garlic shoots, cut into segments
  • Oil, for cooking
Instructions:
  1. Clean the abalones and blanch them in boiling water.
  2. Remove the shells from the abalones and score them.
  3. Cut the garlic shoots into segments and slice the ginger.
  4. Prepare all the ingredients.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Add ginger slices to the pan.
  7. Add abalones and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  8. Add garlic shoots and continue stir-frying until they are just cooked.
  9. Add soy sauce to the pan.
  10. Once everything is well combined and heated through, remove from heat and serve.
