Stir-Fried Abalone with Garlic Shoots
Ingredients:
- 8 abalones
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Appropriate amount of green onions
- Appropriate amount of ginger
- Garlic shoots, cut into segments
- Oil, for cooking
Instructions:
- Clean the abalones and blanch them in boiling water.
- Remove the shells from the abalones and score them.
- Cut the garlic shoots into segments and slice the ginger.
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add ginger slices to the pan.
- Add abalones and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic shoots and continue stir-frying until they are just cooked.
- Add soy sauce to the pan.
- Once everything is well combined and heated through, remove from heat and serve.
