Homestyle Mapo Tofu

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon Tai Tai Le fresh chicken sauce
  • A small amount of spring onion and minced ginger
  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • Sichuan peppercorns, to taste
  • Pork belly, as needed
  • Chili powder, soy sauce, and starch for sauce
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Finely chop the pork belly. Mix chili powder with a little soy sauce and starch water to prepare the sauce. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork.
  3. Add spring onion, ginger, and Sichuan peppercorns, frying until fragrant.
  4. Add tofu cubes and prepared sauce. Squeeze in Tai Tai Le fresh chicken sauce. Cover and simmer for a while.
  5. Serve the delicious Mapo Tofu.
