Pig Trotter with Ginger

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Pig trotter: 1000g
  • Ginger: 500g
  • Sweet vinegar: 2 bottles
  • Eggs: 12
Instructions:
  1. Clean the pig trotter, blanch in boiling water, then wash it again. Peel the ginger.
  2. Slice the ginger and blanch. Boil the eggs until cooked and peel them. Blanch the pig skin.
  3. Dry fry the pig trotter and ginger to remove moisture. Then put everything into a pot, including the vinegar, and cook together.
