Coconut Cloud Latte

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Heavy Cream: 30g
  • Nestlé Coconut Milk: 150ml
  • Nestlé Coconut Cream: 35ml
  • Coffee Concentrate: 1 serving
  • Fine Granulated Sugar: to taste
  • Coconut Flakes: for garnish
  • Biscuit: for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Pour coconut milk into a cup until it is 80% full.
  3. Extract a serving of coffee concentrate.
  4. Add the coffee to the coconut milk.
  5. In a tall glass, combine the Nestlé heavy cream, Nestlé coconut cream, and fine granulated sugar. Whip until slightly thick.
  6. Gently layer this mixture over the coffee in the cup.
  7. Garnish with coconut flakes and a biscuit.
  8. Optionally, serve with a Basque cheesecake for a perfect pairing.
