Coconut Cloud Latte
Ingredients:
- Heavy Cream: 30g
- Nestlé Coconut Milk: 150ml
- Nestlé Coconut Cream: 35ml
- Coffee Concentrate: 1 serving
- Fine Granulated Sugar: to taste
- Coconut Flakes: for garnish
- Biscuit: for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Pour coconut milk into a cup until it is 80% full.
- Extract a serving of coffee concentrate.
- Add the coffee to the coconut milk.
- In a tall glass, combine the Nestlé heavy cream, Nestlé coconut cream, and fine granulated sugar. Whip until slightly thick.
- Gently layer this mixture over the coffee in the cup.
- Garnish with coconut flakes and a biscuit.
- Optionally, serve with a Basque cheesecake for a perfect pairing.
