Drunken Dazha Crab Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 female Dazha crabs
  • 20g ginger slices
  • 400g premium drunken marinade sauce
  • 3 stems cilantro
  • 2-3 lemon slices
  • 3 stems green onion
Instructions:
  1. Thoroughly clean the crabs. Wash and prepare ginger, green onion, and garlic.
  2. Place the crabs in a pot with cold water, laying two ginger slices underneath.
  3. Place the crabs belly-up in the pot, covering them with more ginger slices.
  4. Cover the pot and steam on medium-low heat for 10 minutes, then on high heat for another 15 minutes.
  5. After the time is up, turn off the heat.
  6. Remove the crabs and let them cool in a bowl.
  7. Finely chop green onion, ginger, and garlic, and add them to a separate bowl.
  8. Pour the premium drunken marinade sauce over the chopped ingredients.
  9. Ensure the sauce fills the bowl.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, but no more than 16 hours.
  11. When ready to serve, cut lemon slices and arrange cilantro for garnishing. Enjoy!
