Drunken Dazha Crab Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 female Dazha crabs
- 20g ginger slices
- 400g premium drunken marinade sauce
- 3 stems cilantro
- 2-3 lemon slices
- 3 stems green onion
Instructions:
- Thoroughly clean the crabs. Wash and prepare ginger, green onion, and garlic.
- Place the crabs in a pot with cold water, laying two ginger slices underneath.
- Place the crabs belly-up in the pot, covering them with more ginger slices.
- Cover the pot and steam on medium-low heat for 10 minutes, then on high heat for another 15 minutes.
- After the time is up, turn off the heat.
- Remove the crabs and let them cool in a bowl.
- Finely chop green onion, ginger, and garlic, and add them to a separate bowl.
- Pour the premium drunken marinade sauce over the chopped ingredients.
- Ensure the sauce fills the bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, but no more than 16 hours.
- When ready to serve, cut lemon slices and arrange cilantro for garnishing. Enjoy!
