Chicken Juice and Mushroom Meat Rolls

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Pork (front leg) - 500g
  • Mushrooms - 8 pieces
  • Green onions - 2
  • Ginger - 1 piece
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper powder - 1 tablespoon
  • MSG (Monosodium glutamate) - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Flour - 500g
  • Yeast - 5g
Instructions:
  1. Chop the pork front leg into minced meat.
  2. Dice the mushrooms.
  3. Finely chop green onions and ginger.
  4. Add green onion, ginger, salt, pepper powder, and MSG to the minced meat.
  5. Mix in the soy sauce.
  6. Add the oyster sauce.
  7. Include the chicken juice.
  8. Stir everything until well combined.
  9. Mix in the diced mushrooms.
  10. Stir again for an even mixture and set aside.
  11. Mix flour and yeast with water to form a smooth dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  12. Roll out the dough into a rectangle after resting.
  13. Spread the meat mixture over the dough surface.
  14. Roll the dough from the bottom up.
  15. Form the rolled dough into a cylinder shape.
  16. Cut into equal portions.
  17. Place the portions in a steaming tray.
  18. Let the dough rise again until it doubles in size (it should spring back when pressed).
  19. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes once the water boils.
  20. After the time is up, let it sit for an additional 2 minutes before uncovering.
  21. Enjoy the soft and fluffy meat rolls, tempting in their simplicity.
