Classic Homemade Puffs with Chocolate Filling

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Butter: 50g
  • Water: 50g
  • Salt: 1g
  • All-purpose flour: 60g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Chocolate (for filling): as needed
Instructions:
  1. Bring the butter and water to a boil.
  2. Add salt and flour, and cook until the mixture is thoroughly cooked.
  3. Remove from heat. Gradually add eggs, mixing well after each addition until fully absorbed.
  4. Pipe the mixture into an air fryer.
  5. Cook at 160°C (320°F) for 20 minutes.
  6. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  7. Make a small hole at the bottom of each puff and inject the melted chocolate.
