Chicken Broth Pepper Stir-Fried Eggs

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs (preferably free-range)
  • 3 small chili peppers
  • Salt, to taste
  • Appropriate amount of oil
  • A small amount of soy sauce
  • 4 grams of chicken broth (e.g., Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Broth)
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Heat a small amount of oil (about two spoonfuls) in a pan and fry the chili peppers.
  3. Once the peppers are fried, push them to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the pan.
  4. Stir-fry the eggs until they take shape, then season with a pinch of salt, a spoonful of soy sauce, and 4 grams of chicken broth.
  5. Stir-fry over low heat to avoid overcooking the eggs.
  6. The dish is ready when the eggs are well cooked and flavored.
  7. Serve hot.
