Chicken Broth Pepper Stir-Fried Eggs
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs (preferably free-range)
- 3 small chili peppers
- Salt, to taste
- Appropriate amount of oil
- A small amount of soy sauce
- 4 grams of chicken broth (e.g., Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Broth)
Instructions:
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Heat a small amount of oil (about two spoonfuls) in a pan and fry the chili peppers.
- Once the peppers are fried, push them to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the pan.
- Stir-fry the eggs until they take shape, then season with a pinch of salt, a spoonful of soy sauce, and 4 grams of chicken broth.
- Stir-fry over low heat to avoid overcooking the eggs.
- The dish is ready when the eggs are well cooked and flavored.
- Serve hot.
