Seafood Mushroom and Lettuce Stir-Fry with Eggs

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 150g seafood mushrooms
  • 1 lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon cooking wine
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little scallion, ginger, and cooking wine.
  3. Beat the eggs until well mixed.
  4. Heat 15ml of vegetable oil in a pan, scramble the eggs, then set aside.
  5. Heat another 30ml of vegetable oil, stir-fry the cleaned seafood mushrooms until fragrant.
  6. Add the scrambled eggs back into the pan and mix well.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
  8. Finally, add thinly sliced lettuce and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
  9. Your dish is now ready to be served.
