Yam Stewed with Lamb

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Carrot: 1 segment
  • Lamb leg meat: 500g
  • Yam: 2 roots
  • Salt: 2g
  • Green onion: 1 segment
  • Ginger: 6 slices
  • Chicken sauce (preferably with abalone flavor): 10g
  • Black pepper powder: 2g
  • Cilantro: 2 roots
Instructions:
  1. Cut the lamb into chunks and blanch in boiling water.
  2. In a stew pot, add water, blanched lamb, carrots, yam, chopped green onions, and ginger slices. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and stew for 30 minutes.
  3. Add chicken sauce and salt.
  4. Add cilantro and crushed black pepper, then stir well.
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
