Pan-Fried Cod Fish Blocks

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Cod fish, 1 piece
  • Assorted side dishes (carrots, garlic, asparagus, eggs, etc.), to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cooking oil, as needed
  • Black pepper powder, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Season the surface of the cod fish with a little salt and let it marinate for ten minutes. Then, use kitchen paper towels to wipe off excess moisture.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cod fish and chosen side dishes such as asparagus or eggs for frying.
  3. Cook the cod until it's easy to flake, with both sides turning golden brown and the color changing to white, indicating it's done.
  4. Finally, sprinkle with black pepper powder and garnish with tomato sauce before serving.
