Beef Patty Burger Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 beef patties
- 4 slices of tomato
- 1/2 onion, diced
- Black pepper and sea salt, to taste
- 4 slices of Marisou cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 3 mushrooms
- Condiment sauce, to taste
- 1 block of butter
Instructions:
- Prepare all the ingredients as shown in the picture.
- Slice the mushrooms and tomatoes, dice the onion, and marinate the beef patties with black pepper and sea salt for over 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then cook each side of the beef patties for 3 minutes until golden brown (6-8 minutes in total).
- Sauté mushrooms, onions, butter, black pepper, and sea salt until cooked.
- Dry heat the hamburger buns in a pan for 15 seconds.
- Layer the burger with vegetables, tomatoes, beef patty, cheese, and mushroom slices. (Avoid placing tomatoes at the bottom or top layer to prevent the bun from getting soggy.) Recommended sauces: cheese sauce, mayonnaise, pickle sauce, mustard, ketchup.
- Optionally, cut the beef patties in half for a double-layer burger for a richer taste.
