Purple Sweet Potato Porridge

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Purple Sweet Potato: 1
  • All-Purpose Flour: 50–80 grams
  • Water: as needed
  • White Vinegar: 3-4 drops
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the image.
  2. In a pot, add water and the purple sweet potato chunks. Cook until the sweet potatoes are tender.
  3. Meanwhile, dilute the flour in a small amount of water to make a thin paste.
  4. Once the sweet potatoes are soft, add the prepared flour paste. Cook on low heat, gently stirring to prevent the mixture from boiling over. Bring to a boil and then turn off the heat.
  5. Finally, add a few drops of white vinegar to the porridge.
  6. Enjoy your delicious purple sweet potato porridge.
