Purple Sweet Potato Porridge
Ingredients:
- Purple Sweet Potato: 1
- All-Purpose Flour: 50–80 grams
- Water: as needed
- White Vinegar: 3-4 drops
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients as shown in the image.
- In a pot, add water and the purple sweet potato chunks. Cook until the sweet potatoes are tender.
- Meanwhile, dilute the flour in a small amount of water to make a thin paste.
- Once the sweet potatoes are soft, add the prepared flour paste. Cook on low heat, gently stirring to prevent the mixture from boiling over. Bring to a boil and then turn off the heat.
- Finally, add a few drops of white vinegar to the porridge.
- Enjoy your delicious purple sweet potato porridge.
