Stir-Fried Carrot Strips with Lettuce

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 Carrot
  • Lettuce, as needed
  • 1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Chicken Essence, to taste (optional)
  • Thirteen Spices, to taste
  • Garlic, minced
  • Cooking oil
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the carrot strips and stir-fry evenly. Season with a tablespoon of light soy sauce.
  4. Add a tablespoon of oyster sauce for flavoring.
  5. Season with a suitable amount of salt, chicken essence, and thirteen spices.
  6. Add some water, cover, and simmer until the carrots are soft.
  7. Put in the lettuce leaves and stir-fry until the lettuce is cooked.
  8. Display the finished dish as shown in the final step.
  9. Enjoy the delicious and nutritious dish!
