Beef Ball and Winter Melon Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 6 beef balls
  • 500g winter melon
  • Appropriate amount of salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3ml Tai Tai Le chicken sauce
  • A sprinkle of chopped green onions
Instructions:
  1. Cut the winter melon and beef balls into appropriate sizes.
  2. Prepare the Tai Tai Le chicken sauce and chopped green onions.
  3. Heat oil in a pot and stir-fry the winter melon briefly.
  4. Add water, enough to cover the ingredients, then add the beef balls. Cover and cook on medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, add salt and Tai Tai Le chicken sauce.
  6. Stir well and then sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  7. Ready to serve with a rich and delicious flavor!
