Beef Ball and Winter Melon Soup
Ingredients:
- 6 beef balls
- 500g winter melon
- Appropriate amount of salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3ml Tai Tai Le chicken sauce
- A sprinkle of chopped green onions
Instructions:
- Cut the winter melon and beef balls into appropriate sizes.
- Prepare the Tai Tai Le chicken sauce and chopped green onions.
- Heat oil in a pot and stir-fry the winter melon briefly.
- Add water, enough to cover the ingredients, then add the beef balls. Cover and cook on medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes.
- Once cooked, add salt and Tai Tai Le chicken sauce.
- Stir well and then sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- Ready to serve with a rich and delicious flavor!
