Eggplant and Green Bean Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
- Eggplant, 1 medium-sized
- Green beans, 50g
- Carrot, 1/3 of a medium-sized carrot
Instructions:
- Prepare the vegetables: Wash and cut the eggplant into bite-sized pieces. Trim the green beans and cut them into similar lengths. Peel and slice the carrot thinly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the carrots and stir-fry until slightly tender.
- Add the eggplant and green beans to the pan. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
- Season the stir-fry with your preferred spices or sauces, adjusting the flavor to your taste.
- Cook until all the ingredients are well combined and the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
