Drunken Spicy Shrimp (辣醉卤北极虾)
Ingredients:
- Canadian Arctic Shrimp - 300g
- Thai Bird's Eye Chili (小米辣) - 5 pieces
- Er Jing Tiao Chili (二荆条) - 2 pieces
- Zui Lu Sauce (珍选醉卤捞汁) - 250ml
Instructions:
- Place 300g of sweet shrimp in a deep bowl and defrost.
- If in a hurry, defrost in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- Slice the Bird's Eye and Er Jing Tiao chilies into rings.
- Place the chili rings on top of the defrosted shrimp.
- Pour Zui Lu sauce over the shrimp, ensuring they are submerged.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours to marinate.
