Drunken Spicy Shrimp (辣醉卤北极虾)

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Canadian Arctic Shrimp - 300g
  • Thai Bird's Eye Chili (小米辣) - 5 pieces
  • Er Jing Tiao Chili (二荆条) - 2 pieces
  • Zui Lu Sauce (珍选醉卤捞汁) - 250ml
Instructions:
  1. Place 300g of sweet shrimp in a deep bowl and defrost.
  2. If in a hurry, defrost in the microwave for 3 minutes.
  3. Slice the Bird's Eye and Er Jing Tiao chilies into rings.
  4. Place the chili rings on top of the defrosted shrimp.
  5. Pour Zui Lu sauce over the shrimp, ensuring they are submerged.
  6. Refrigerate for 4 hours to marinate.
  7. Enjoy the sweet and aromatic drunken spicy shrimp.
