  • Norwegian Arctic Cod: 200g
  • Tofu: 100g
  • Spring Onion and Ginger: To taste
  • White Pepper Powder: A pinch
  • Cooking Wine: 1 spoon
  • Coriander: 1 root
  • Chicken Essence: To taste
  • Sesame Oil: 1 teaspoon
  • Enough Hot Water
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients.
