  • 700g Pork Ribs
  • 6 slices Ginger
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 10g Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 10g Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Wine
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • Favorite Vegetables (as needed)
  • 1 Noodle Cake
  1. Clean and prepare the vegetables.
  2. Wash the pork ribs and drain. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and ribs, and fry until fragrant.
