Ingredients:
  • 1 block of tofu
  • 200g minced meat
  • Green onions, chopped (to taste)
  • 10g salt
  • 1 tablespoon Doubanjiang (fermented bean paste)
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 5g MSG (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Instructions:
  1. Heat a pan and add a little oil. Cook the minced meat until slightly dry. Add a tablespoon of cooking wine and stir-fry, then set aside.
  2. In a pot of water, add a bit of salt and the tofu cut into pieces. Once the water boils, remove the tofu along with the water.
  3. In a hot pan, fry the Doubanjiang until fragrant.
  4. Add a tablespoon of chili powder and cook until spicy, then add some water and the tofu.
  5. Add a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, salt to taste, pepper powder, and MSG.
  6. Stir-fry everything evenly, then add green onions. Finally, add cornstarch mixed with water and stir-fry for 2 minutes before removing from heat.
