Celery and Beef Dumplings
Ingredients:
- Beef: 400g
- Celery: 500g
- Egg: 1
- Carrot: 1
- Sichuan pepper: a small pinch
- Sesame oil: 3 tablespoons
- Light soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Dark soy sauce: 5-6 drops
- Salt: to taste
- Onion: 1/3 of a whole
- Green onions: 2
- Ginger: 1 slice
- Cooking wine: 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper powder: to taste
- Bamboo shoots: 1
- Whip shoots: 2-3
- Dumpling wrappers: 80 pieces
- Dried shrimp: soaked in warm water
- Chicken broth and five-spice powder: for seasoning
Instructions:
- Finely chop the celery. Scramble and cook the egg in a pan. Soak the dried shrimp in warm water until softened.
- Chop the cooked egg and add to the chopped celery along with the chopped dried shrimp. Season with chicken broth, five-spice powder, oil, and salt. Mix well.
- Roll out the dumpling wrappers, fill them with the prepared mixture, and fold them into dumplings. Boil the dumplings until cooked. Enjoy the delicious taste!
