Homestyle Tofu and Minced Meat Soup with Salted Plums and Celery

Ingredients:
  • 1 block of tofu
  • 50g minced meat
  • 2 salted plums
  • 1 stalk of celery
Instructions:
  1. Cut the tofu into small cubes.
  2. Crush the salted plums.
  3. Marinate the minced meat with your choice of seasonings.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a pot, add water, and bring to a boil. Simmer until the ingredients are cooked through.
