Ingredients:

- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- White sugar - ½ tablespoon
Instructions:
- Rinse the grass head thoroughly and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: Mix 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, ½ tablespoon white sugar, and ½ bowl of warm water.
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the grass head and stir-fry until soft, about 90 seconds.
- Add the sauce mixture to the wok and stir-fry with the vegetables until evenly coated, about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and serve.
