Chicken Broth Tomato Egg Noodles

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 250 grams of noodles
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • A handful of green onions
  • Appropriate amount of chicken broth seasoning (e.g., Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Juice)
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Instructions:
  1. Beat eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt.
  2. Prepare the egg mixture.
  3. Wash and halve the tomatoes.
  4. Chop the green onions and garlic.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and cook the egg mixture until solid, then scramble into pieces. Set aside.
  6. Using the remaining oil, sauté the chopped green onions and garlic.
  7. Add tomatoes and stir-fry until they release juice.
  8. Reintroduce the scrambled eggs, mixing well.
  9. Add soy sauce and stir well.
  10. Add chicken broth seasoning and mix thoroughly.
  11. Add water and bring to a boil.
  12. Cook the noodles in the boiling mixture until done.
  13. Serve the noodles with the rich and flavorful sauce.
