Chicken Broth Tomato Egg Noodles
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato
- 250 grams of noodles
- 2 cloves of garlic
- A handful of green onions
- Appropriate amount of chicken broth seasoning (e.g., Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Juice)
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Instructions:
- Beat eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt.
- Prepare the egg mixture.
- Wash and halve the tomatoes.
- Chop the green onions and garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the egg mixture until solid, then scramble into pieces. Set aside.
- Using the remaining oil, sauté the chopped green onions and garlic.
- Add tomatoes and stir-fry until they release juice.
- Reintroduce the scrambled eggs, mixing well.
- Add soy sauce and stir well.
- Add chicken broth seasoning and mix thoroughly.
- Add water and bring to a boil.
- Cook the noodles in the boiling mixture until done.
- Serve the noodles with the rich and flavorful sauce.
