Sweet Potato Cheese Crisps Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Sweet Potato
- 1 Hand-Grabbed Pancake
- Shredded Cheese (to taste)
- 1 Egg Yolk
- A pinch of Black Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients: Mash baked or steamed sweet potato.
- Spread the sweet potato mash evenly on the unthawed hand-grabbed pancake.
- Add shredded cheese in the middle.
- After slightly thawing, roll it up carefully, sealing the ends and the seam.
- Freeze in the refrigerator until set, then cut into small pieces.
- Brush with egg yolk.
- Sprinkle with a small amount of black sesame seeds.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese melts and stretches.
