Homemade Stir-Fried Pancake Strips

Ingredients:
  • Pancake strips: 150g
  • Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Cabbage: 1 slice
  • Onion: 1/4 piece
  • Egg: 1
Instructions:
  1. Cut the pancake into strips.
  2. Slice the cabbage and onion into strips.
  3. Scramble the egg and set it aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion and cabbage briefly.
  5. Add the pancake strips and Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Sauce.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce.
  7. Stir-fry everything together until well combined and the pancake strips are slightly crispy.
