Tomato Beef Ball Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Beef balls - as desired
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Chicken bouillon - to taste
  • A pinch of chopped green onions
  • A pinch of coriander
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for easy peeling.
  3. Peel and chop the tomatoes.
  4. Sauté chopped green onions until fragrant, then cook the tomatoes until they break down.
  5. Add a bowl of water to the pot.
  6. Add beef balls and cook until done.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and chicken bouillon.
  8. Turn off the heat once the soup is cooked.
  9. Garnish with green onions and coriander before serving.
  10. Serve warm for a comforting meal.
