Garlic Chicken Breast
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chicken stock
Instructions:
- Prepare the minced garlic.
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chicken cubes and stir-fry.
- Add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and dark soy sauce for seasoning.
- Add chicken stock and a little water, then simmer for a while.
- Turn up the heat to reduce the sauce.
