Mango Mustard Canadian Arctic Shrimp

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Canadian Arctic Shrimp: 250g
  • Mangoes: 2
  • Red Bell Pepper: 1
  • Egg: 1
  • Salt: 2g
  • White Pepper Powder: 2g
  • Cooking Wine: 1 spoon
  • Cornstarch: 2 spoons
  • Mayonnaise: 2 spoons
  • Mustard Sauce: a small amount
  • Lemon: 1
  • Sweet Salad Dressing: a small amount
  • Cooking Oil: 2 tablespoons
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the shrimp: Thaw and clean the Canadian Arctic Shrimp.
  2. Marinate the shrimp: In a bowl, mix the shrimp with salt, white pepper powder, and cooking wine. Add egg yolk and mix well. Marinate for 10 minutes. Then, add cornstarch and mix again.
  3. Prepare the mango and bell pepper: Peel and cut the mango into large chunks. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.
  4. Fry the shrimp: Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Fry the marinated shrimp until they change color slightly. Remove and drain excess oil.
  5. Make the sauce: In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard sauce, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
  6. Combine: Toss the shrimp in the prepared sauce.
  7. Final touches: Add the mango chunks and red bell pepper strips to the shrimp. Mix well and serve.
