Mango Mustard Canadian Arctic Shrimp
Ingredients:
- Canadian Arctic Shrimp: 250g
- Mangoes: 2
- Red Bell Pepper: 1
- Egg: 1
- Salt: 2g
- White Pepper Powder: 2g
- Cooking Wine: 1 spoon
- Cornstarch: 2 spoons
- Mayonnaise: 2 spoons
- Mustard Sauce: a small amount
- Lemon: 1
- Sweet Salad Dressing: a small amount
- Cooking Oil: 2 tablespoons
Instructions:
- Prepare the shrimp: Thaw and clean the Canadian Arctic Shrimp.
- Marinate the shrimp: In a bowl, mix the shrimp with salt, white pepper powder, and cooking wine. Add egg yolk and mix well. Marinate for 10 minutes. Then, add cornstarch and mix again.
- Prepare the mango and bell pepper: Peel and cut the mango into large chunks. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.
- Fry the shrimp: Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Fry the marinated shrimp until they change color slightly. Remove and drain excess oil.
- Make the sauce: In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard sauce, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
- Combine: Toss the shrimp in the prepared sauce.
- Final touches: Add the mango chunks and red bell pepper strips to the shrimp. Mix well and serve.
