Tomato and Fatty Beef Hot Pot
Ingredients:
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Bunch of Enoki Mushrooms
- Scallions, to taste
- Cilantro, to taste
- 100g Fatty Beef
- 50g Tofu Strips
- 50g Baby Cabbage
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pot and sauté scallions until fragrant. Add tomato chunks and cook until soft.
- Add 2 teaspoons of chicken sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 bowl of water to the pot.
- Once the pot boils, add baby cabbage, enoki mushrooms, and tofu strips. Finally, add the fatty beef rolls.
- Add cilantro just before serving. Serve hot.
