Cucumber Stir-Fried with Qian Zhang

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Qian Zhang: 1 sheet
  • Salt: to taste
  • Monosodium glutamate (MSG): to taste
  • Cucumber: 1
  • Oil: for stir-frying
  • Green onions: for flavor
  • Light soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Water: a small amount
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients: slice the cucumber and cut Qian Zhang into strips.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry green onions until fragrant.
  3. Add Qian Zhang strips and stir-fry briefly.
  4. Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce for seasoning.
  5. Add a tablespoon of oyster sauce for additional flavor.
  6. Add a small amount of water and then add the cucumber strips, stir-frying until evenly mixed.
  7. Season with MSG and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
  8. Once everything is cooked and well-mixed, serve hot.
