Winter Vegetable Stir-Fry: A Simple and Nutritious Dish

Ingredients:
  • Oilseed rape (baby bok choy), as needed
  • Carrot, as needed
  • Salad oil, as needed
  • 2 tablespoons of chicken juice
Instructions:
  1. Wash the oilseed rape (baby bok choy) thoroughly and set aside.
  2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the vegetables over low heat.
  4. Add the chicken juice for seasoning and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables change color.
  5. Remove from heat. No need to add salt as the chicken juice is already salty. Serve hot.
