Drunken Marinated Boneless Duck Feet

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Boneless Duck Feet: 250g
  • Chilies: 2
  • Ginger: as needed
  • Sichuan Peppercorns: as needed
  • Garlic: 3 cloves
  • Green Onions: 2
  • Cooking Wine: 2 tablespoons
  • Peeled Small Lemon: 1
Instructions:
  1. Wash the duck feet and put them in a pot with cold water. Add Sichuan peppercorns, green onions, ginger, and cooking wine.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer on medium-low heat for 8 minutes.
  3. Remove the duck feet, rinse under cold water and drain. Prepare the marinade ingredients. Optionally, soak the feet in ice water for 10-20 minutes before marinating for better texture.
  4. Add the prepared ingredients to the duck feet.
  5. Pour a suitable amount of marinating sauce and mix well. For better taste, refrigerate before consuming. Optionally, add some purified water according to personal taste preferences.
