Stir-Fried Bamboo Shoots with Green Garlic

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Bamboo Shoot Strips - 400g
  • Green Garlic - 4 stalks
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch
  • Vegetable Oil - 20g
  • Salt - 3g
  • Oyster Sauce - 10g
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients: Blanch bamboo shoot strips in boiling water, then cool them down and drain.
  2. Split the green garlic stalks in half lengthwise and cut them into small pieces.
  3. Chop the cilantro into small segments.
  4. Heat oil in a wok, add the bamboo shoots, and stir-fry on high heat for 2 minutes before adding the green garlic pieces.
  5. Add salt and oyster sauce, and continue stir-frying on high heat until the flavors are well incorporated.
  6. Just before removing from heat, add the chopped cilantro and mix well.
  7. Ensure everything is well combined and the dish is fragrant before serving.
