Pork and Green Onion Wonton Recipe

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 150g Pork Filling
  • 100g Green Onion
  • 10g Oyster Sauce
  • 20g Fresh Chicken Juice
  • Appropriate amount of Sichuan Pepper Powder
  • 10g Ginger Juice
  • 1 Spoon Cooking Wine
  • 3 Spoons Vegetable Oil
  • Appropriate amount of Kelp
  • 20g Chicken Juice
  • 2 Spoons Salt
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the pork filling and chopped green onions.
  2. Mix chicken juice, oyster sauce, Sichuan pepper powder, cooking wine, and ginger juice into the pork filling.
  3. Stir the mixture until it's evenly mixed.
  4. Add the chopped green onions and vegetable oil to the mixture.
  5. Stir until everything is well combined.
  6. Form the mixture into wontons.
  7. In a cold pan, add oil and sauté the green onions until fragrant.
  8. Add boiling water to the pan.
  9. Add the wontons and seasoning to the pan.
  10. Cook until the wontons float to the surface, then add kelp. Continue cooking until the wonton wrappers puff up and separate from the filling. Turn off the heat.
  11. Serve the wontons in a bowl and enjoy.
